About This Role

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee and coordinates corporate-level operations across diverse business verticals, including real estate, hotels, souq & malls, construction projects, and administrative functions. This role ensures operational efficiency, effective resource management, and alignment with strategic objectives across all departments, while supporting senior leadership in achieving organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Real Estate & Construction Management

• Supervise ongoing construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for project execution.
• Monitor property management operations for commercial and residential assets.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and building regulations.

Hotels & Hospitality Operations

• Oversee hotel operations to ensure high service standards and profitability.
• Collaborate with hotel management teams to streamline processes and optimize performance.
• Monitor KPIs related to occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Malls & Retail Operations

• Manage mall operations including tenant coordination, leasing support, and facility management.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations and customer experience.
• Oversee security, maintenance, and administrative support for commercial assets.

Corporate Administration & Office Operations

• Lead administrative functions office management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination and reporting to senior management.

Strategic Planning & Performance Monitoring

• Track operational performance across all verticals and prepare management reports.
• Analyze KPIs and financial data to recommend improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage vendor contracts, service providers and third-party partnerships.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely decision-making.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management across multiple sectors (real estate, hotels, retail, construction).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent project management, financial, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulations in real estate, construction, and hospitality.
• ·Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
