The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and assigned sections of the hotel.
The role ensures that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment while adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
Guest Room Cleaning
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Replenish room supplies, including toiletries, tea/coffee amenities, and minibar items (if applicable).
- Ensure all room equipment and furnishings are in proper working condition.
