Operations Manager | VNX Co.
VNX Co. is a restaurant management and brand development company operating multiple F&B concepts across the restaurant sector. The company focuses on building, managing, and scaling distinctive food brands through strong operations, financial discipline, structured processes, and customer-focused execution.
We are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our restaurant brands, improve operational efficiency, control costs, and support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in restaurant operations, financial analysis, purchasing, SOP development, and team management. A financial background and PMP certification are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant brands and ensure consistent execution.
* Monitor financial and operational performance, including sales, food cost, labor cost, waste, and profitability.
* Develop, improve, and implement SOPs across all departments and branches.
* Manage purchasing processes, supplier performance, pricing, stock levels, and cost control.
* Identify operational gaps and create practical solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Lead branch managers and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
* Ensure quality, service standards, food safety, and customer experience are consistently maintained.
* Support new brand launches, branch openings, and operational development projects.
* Prepare reports, action plans, and performance reviews for management.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong background in restaurant operations or multi-brand F&B management.
* Solid financial understanding and ability to read operational and financial reports.
* Experience in purchasing, cost control, supplier management, and inventory systems.
* Strong knowledge of SOPs, process improvement, and operational restructuring.
* PMP certification or project management experience is preferred.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant company.
