Customer Operations Manager - LEAP Engine

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Manager - LEAP Engines for our client who is a leading Aviation company to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the successful fulfilment of the LEAP shop visits within our external partner shops as it relates to contract requirements including, but not limited to quality, cost and TAT. COM will be tasked with commercial and operational responsibility for assigned customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Tasked with commercial and operational responsibility for assigned customers.

• Focal for communication and coordination between shop and Customer Program Managers (CPM) / Customers

• Responsible for regular updates to customer and CPM

• Product line rep in MRO shop and MRO rep in product line.

• Responsible for continuous improvement in processes.

• Work with other COMs to leverage and share best practices.

• Responsible for the KPI's as determined by the Customer Programs Team.

• Responsible for contract flow down to shop and operational profitability management

• First point of contact for customer queries and disputes

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent from recognized University.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering/operational environment, preferably in Aerospace industry.

• Relevant experience in the services and customer operations.

• Experience in Aviation or with Gas Turbine will be an added advantage.
