Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Operations Specialist to work on a contractual basis.

This role supports day-to-day operational efficiency for a platform in the AI and software development space, ensuring seamless workflow execution and process optimization.

The work directly impacts the delivery of high-quality technical services in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for a digital platform, including task coordination and process execution.
  • Monitor and report on platform performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and procedures while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Document operational processes and maintain accurate records for auditing and training purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations support, preferably in tech or AI-related environments.
  • Proficiency in workflow management tools and platforms, with demonstrated ability to streamline processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess operational data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with global teams.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment with a self-driven approach.
