Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Rubric Expert to work on a contractual basis.

This person will be responsible for developing and implementing rubrics to assess and evaluate the quality of content on the Micro1 platform.

The Rubric Expert will work to ensure that the rubrics are fair, reliable, and valid, and that they align with the platform's goals and objectives.

This work matters because it will help to improve the overall quality of content on the platform, which is used by a large and diverse group of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement rubrics to assess and evaluate the quality of content on the Micro1 platform, ensuring that they are fair, reliable, and valid.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the rubrics and the content evaluation process.
  • Analyze data and feedback from users and stakeholders to identify trends and areas for improvement in the rubrics and the content evaluation process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support the use of the rubrics and the content evaluation process.
  • Work with the platform's development team to implement changes and improvements to the rubrics and the content evaluation process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of assessment and evaluation principles, including the development and implementation of rubrics, is required for this role.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns, is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders and team members to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, are essential.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in work products, including rubrics and documentation, is required.
  • Experience working in an online or remote work environment, including the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, is preferred.
