Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development in coding technologies, including design, implementation, and testing of new coding methods and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate coding research into the Micro1 platform, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
• Analyze and optimize coding systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of coding research and development, including reports, papers, and presentations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in computer science, with expertise in coding theory, algorithms, and software development, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with coding research and development, including design, implementation, and testing of coding systems, and familiarity with coding standards and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex coding problems and develop innovative solutions, and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization, and experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment, and experience with agile development methodologies.
