About Msz Consultancy
MSZ Consultancy is a leading business setup and corporate services firm in the UAE, specializing in company formation, licensing, visa services, banking assistance, accounting, tax compliance, and business advisory solutions.
We support entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international investors in establishing and expanding their businesses across UAE Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Operations Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing company formation processes, government approvals, documentation, and client coordination while ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end company formation, licensing, visa, and corporate service processes.
- Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zone authorities, banks, and external service providers.
- Prepare, review, and submit company registration and licensing documentation.
- Monitor application progress and ensure timely completion of client requests.
- Maintain accurate operational records and client documentation.
- Support business consultants by ensuring smooth execution of client onboarding and service delivery.
- Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, license renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal operational procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and provide regular status updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
- Collaborate with sales, compliance, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE operations experience in business setup, corporate services, PRO services, or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures.
- Experience coordinating with government departments and regulatory authorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
