We help entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international investors establish and grow their businesses across UAE Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused **Banking Consultant** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE corporate banking procedures and experience assisting clients with business bank account opening, compliance requirements, and banking documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting suitable banking solutions based on their business requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end business bank account opening process with local and international banks.
- Advise clients on banking documentation, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with relationship managers and banking partners to facilitate account approvals.
- Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Keep clients informed throughout the account opening process and provide regular updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Resolve banking-related issues and provide timely support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of banking applications and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on UAE banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with the business setup and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE banking, banking consultancy, corporate banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business bank account opening procedures and banking compliance.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and customer due diligence requirements.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
