About the Role
We are looking for a digitally savvy Marketing Executive to own MSZ's marketing function.
You will not be executing the campaigns yourself instead, you will coordinate and manage our outsourced agencies (SEO, PPC, and social media) to deliver leads, brand visibility, and measurable ROI.
This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing end-to-end and can keep multiple agencies accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with outsourced SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social media agencies
- Set monthly KPIs and review performance reports from each agency
- Coordinate content calendars, ad creatives, and campaign launches
- Track and report on lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion quality
- Brief agencies on offers, seasonal campaigns, and new service launches
- Maintain MSZ's brand consistency across all channels
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing leads are followed up and feedback is shared back to agencies
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity in the UAE business setup space
Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in business setup, real estate, or B2B services in the UAE**
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing
- Experience managing or working with outsourced agencies
- Comfortable reading analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console)
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Bonus: experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Bitrix24)
