About MSZ Consultancy
MSZ Consultancy is a Dubai-based business setup firm helping entrepreneurs and SMEs launch and grow their businesses across UAE mainland and free zones.
We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full HR function for our 30-member team.
Location
Business Bay, Dubai (Exchange Tower, onsite) **Salary:** AED **4,000–5,000 (based on experience)** + visa + medical insurance **Working days:** Monday–Friday
Role Overview
You will be the sole HR point of contact for the company, handling everything from recruitment to employee relations, payroll coordination, and UAE compliance.
This is a hands-on generalist role suited for someone who enjoys ownership and variety.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, and labour card renewals via PRO
- Handle MOHRE and GDRFA portal activities, WPS payroll processing
- Maintain leave records, attendance, and end-of-service calculations
- Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies
- Handle employee grievances and exit formalities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (business setup, consultancy, or professional services background strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, GDRFA, and WPS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/portals
- Available to join immediately or on short notice
