We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing mortgage brokerage team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in ensuring every client application moves smoothly from submission to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from initial submission through approval and disbursement.
- Communicate with banks and clients.
- Track application progress and ensure all required documents are collected.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems.
- Follow up on pending cases and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and lender requirements.
- Support advisors and sales teams with day-to-day operational activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mortgage operations, banking operations, real estate administration, or financial services preferred (Not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
