We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations, process coordination, and administrative activities.
The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to ensuring smooth operational execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient business processes and service delivery
- Monitor operational workflows, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to support business operations
- Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management review
- Support procurement, inventory, logistics, and administrative activities as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Assist management in implementing operational strategies and process enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Business Support, or Coordination roles
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- UAE experience will be an advantage
