Overview
Job Title: Operation Executive (Female - Arabic Speaker - Mandatory )
**Location:** UAE
**Salary:** AED 7,000 per month
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in Operations, Administration, Logistics, Coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities and business requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor workflows and follow up on pending tasks
- Ensure timely execution of operational and administrative activities
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with operational planning
- Handle operational issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support management in achieving departmental objectives
Package & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month
- As per UAE Labour Law and company policy
Mandatory Requirements

✔ UAE Driving License
- ✔ Relevant Operations / Administration / Logistics Experience
