About This Role
Position: Operations & Executive Coordinator Company: Fancy Stays Location: Dubai
At Fancy Stays, we manage high end holiday homes and create luxury guest experiences. We are growing fast, and we need someone who can bring structure, discipline, and control into daily operations.
This role is for someone who is organized, fast, and takes ownership.
Your Role
You will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and daily structure
- Follow up with the team and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Track operations
- Keep systems updated (Monday.com, task boards, reports)
- Identify problems early and solve them before they escalate
- Send clear daily reports with updates and pending tasks
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is extremely organized and detail oriented
- Communicates clearly and quickly
- Is confident following up and holding people accountable
- Can handle pressure and multiple tasks at once
- Wants to grow in operations, business, and management
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or startups is a plus.
