- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير التميز التشغيلي لقيادة برامج تحسين الأداء ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية عبر مختلف أقسام المؤسسة، من خلال تطبيق منهجيات التحسين المستمر وتحليل العمليات لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة وتقليل التكاليف وزيادة الإنتاجية.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التميز التشغيلي على مستوى المؤسسة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر (Continuous Improvement).
- تطبيق منهجيات Lean وSix Sigma لتحسين العمليات.
- تحليل العمليات التشغيلية وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- تطوير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) ومتابعتها.
- تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الهدر.
- قيادة مشاريع إعادة هندسة العمليات (Process Reengineering).
- دعم التحول الرقمي وأتمتة العمليات.
- تنظيم ورش عمل تحسين الأداء مع الإدارات المختلفة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 15 سنة في التميز التشغيلي أو إدارة العمليات.
- خبرة قوية في Lean / Six Sigma.
- خبرة في بيئات صناعية أو مؤسسات كبرى.
- معرفة جيدة بإدارة الأداء وتحليل البيانات.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (أو Green Belt)
- PMP (ميزة إضافية)
- شهادات إدارة الجودة أو العمليات
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- تحليل العمليات وحل المشكلات.
- القيادة وإدارة التغيير.
- التحسين المستمر (Continuous Improvement).
- إدارة المشاريع.
- التواصل والتأثير.
- تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرار.
