Operations Excellence Manager
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التميز التشغيلي وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر (Continuous Improvement) وتطبيق منهجيات:
- Lean
- Six Sigma
- Operational Excellence
- تحليل العمليات التشغيلية وتحديد فرص تحسين الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف.
- إعداد ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتقارير الأداء التشغيلي.
- قيادة مشاريع التحول التشغيلي وتحسين الإنتاجية والجودة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان توحيد الإجراءات وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
- تطوير إجراءات العمل القياسية (SOPs) وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية.
- دعم برامج إدارة التغيير وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر داخل المؤسسة.
- مراقبة الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة والأنظمة التشغيلية.
- تقديم التوصيات للإدارة العليا بناءً على تحليل البيانات والأداء.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة في العمليات أو التميز التشغيلي، منها خبرة قيادية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- خبرة في قطاعات النفط والغاز أو الصناعة أو التشغيل المؤسسي.
- شهادات مهنية تعتبر ميزة قوية مثل:
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- PMP
• Operational Excellence Certification
- مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات وإدارة المشاريع.
- قدرة عالية على القيادة والتواصل وإدارة فرق العمل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية ميزة إضافية.
