Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Operational Strategy**: Define and implement frameworks for continuous improvement across hospital operations.
• **Process Optimization**: Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• **Risk Management**: Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC healthcare regulations, ISO standards, and patient safety frameworks.
• **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital health tools, automation, and smart hospital technologies.
• **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with executives, clinicians, and regulators to align initiatives with business objectives.
• **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
• **Team Leadership**: Mentor operations teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of **operations excellence frameworks** and GCC healthcare environments.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional healthcare organizations preferred.
