Job Summary
Alex Bauru LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Excellence Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, optimize operational performance, and support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies across departments
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts
- Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
- Support cross-functional projects and operational planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations, process improvement, or performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with operational excellence methodologies is an advantage
