Job Description
Imperium Nutritions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Excellence Manager to oversee operational performance, improve business processes, and ensure organizational efficiency across departments.
The ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational improvement strategies
- Monitor daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for process optimization
- Lead quality assurance and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve company objectives
- Prepare operational reports and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or management role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in process improvement and operational planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
