Operations Director reporting to the CCO in the Operations division, within Ops Management – Corporate Comms & Culture.
The role drives operational efficiency and cohesive corporate culture through internal initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and track enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, keeping milestones, dependencies, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Balanced Scorecard, translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and targets.
- Provide senior leadership with visibility into performance, gaps, risks, actions, progress, and key decisions.
- Coordinate across functions and partner with department heads and line managers to address execution challenges and reduce escalations.
- Develop and embed the annual corporate culture strategy in alignment with business objectives, values, and employee experience.
- Lead leadership forums, engagement sessions, team building, and company-wide employee engagement programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in operations, internal coordination, and communication.
- Lead annual OPEX budgeting and ensure financial management, tracking, and optimization.
- Use engagement data, feedback, and performance insights to refine initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear actions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a senior operations or strategic execution role.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
