Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic **Operations Director – Hospitality** to lead and oversee the full operational performance of our hospitality business in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, improving guest experience, and leading multiple teams across different business units.
This is a **senior leadership role** requiring strong strategic thinking, hands-on operational management, and proven experience in managing large-scale hospitality operations within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across hospitality units (hotels, restaurants, or group operations)
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Lead, train, and develop senior management and operational teams
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement plans
- Control operational costs while maximizing profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and industry standards
- Coordinate with executive management on business growth and expansion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum **10 years UAE experience** in hospitality operations
- Proven experience in a **senior leadership / operations management role**
- Strong background in **hotels, restaurants, or hospitality groups**
- Solid expertise in **P&L management, budgeting, and operational planning**
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale operations
- High level of professionalism and business acumen
