What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, managing system configurations and executing precise data entry to ensure flawless account setups.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical issues and gathering insights to influence product development.
• Analyze internal inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to design, document, and implement streamlined operational workflows and procedures.
• The ideal candidate
• Possesses exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a startup environment.
• Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in navigating diverse software platforms to resolve complex data challenges.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and ideally has prior familiarity with private markets like PE, VC, or private credit.
