What You Will Do

• Define the commercial wedge for the venture, targeting memory care communities, health systems, or clinical trial enrichment for pharmaceutical companies.
• Lead the development of algorithms that translate continuous ambient radar data into actionable clinical intelligence for caregivers and medical professionals.
• Secure lighthouse partners and navigate the FDA regulatory pathway to establish the venture as the category leader in neurological monitoring.
• The ideal candidate
• Proven founder or senior operator who has successfully built and launched digital health or med-tech products within the US market.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare reimbursement models, FDA regulatory pathways, and health system procurement cycles.
• Strong technical instincts regarding sensor data and ML pipelines, paired with a passion for improving outcomes in aging and neuroscience.
