What You Will Do

• Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Professional Services sector, identifying key opportunities and building long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead complex, production-grade AI transformation programs, guiding cross-functional teams from initial strategic concepts through to the successful deployment of agentic AI solutions.
• Elevate Faculty’s industry profile through thought leadership and media engagement, articulating how AI can automate complex knowledge work and drive sustained commercial advantage.
• The ideal candidate
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations or organizational change within professional services, BPO organizations, or as a senior consultant at a top-tier firm.
• Deep domain expertise in at least one professional services vertical, with a particular interest in those who have delivered AI-driven transformations in Finance, CFO, or Treasury functions.
• Commercially driven leadership mindset with the ability to own revenue responsibility while maintaining a hands-on approach to unblocking teams and ensuring technical excellence.
