Overview
We're a legal-tech startup solving a massive problem: 95% of UAE expats don't have registered wills, leaving families vulnerable to months of legal complexity.
SmartWills built the only 100% remote will registration process.
We turned off our ads because demand exceeded capacity.
Now we're hiring our first Operations hire to build the engine that lets us scale.
The Role
You'll own client delivery end-to-end: onboarding, CRM management (GHL), automations (Zapier/Make), AI-powered workflows, and process documentation.
You're building from scratch — not maintaining someone else's system.
What We Offer
- Basic salary of AED 7.500-10.600 per month + quarterly bonus
- Primarily remote work (Dubai time zone, GMT+4)
- Career progression: Assistant -> Specialist -> Senior -> Manager
- AI-focused culture (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
- Direct access to the CEO
- After 6 months, possibility of relocation to Dubai + option for long-term visa sponsorship
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years’ experience in operational/project coordination
- Excellent command of English and good knowledge of Italian.
- Experience with at least 2 of the following tools: ClickUp, GHL, Zapier/Make
- Proven experience of remote working
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset
