Job Details
Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Control store opening and closing procedures while maintaining proper security standards.
Ensure all goods are received, stored, and handled according to company procedures.
Monitor stock levels and place timely and accurate product orders when required.
Work towards achieving store sales targets and overall performance objectives.
Supervise store staff and ensure high standards of appearance, discipline, performance, and customer service.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational rules, and procedures.
Track and manage inventory levels including stock balance, movement, and record accuracy.
Analyze product range and sales trends to support better decision making and store performance.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory verification to maintain accuracy.
Communicate with customers and conduct weekly and monthly team meetings to align goals and performance.
Maintain proper records and reports related to store operations and overall results.
Support smooth coordination between sales, stock, and customer service activities.
Job Experience Requirements
Secondary specialized or higher education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or store management role.
Strong computer skills including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and 1C.
Good leadership skills with strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
