About This Role
Overview
Rider Arabia Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily operations.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the transportation and limousine service industry, while gaining hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and fleet coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate driver job assignments and ensure timely trip execution
- Oversee driver affairs, including attendance, shift coordination, and basic support
- Assist in fleet allocation and vehicle assignments based on operational needs
- Manage trip reservations, scheduling, and confirmations
- Perform trip dispatching and real-time coordination with drivers
- Monitor ongoing trips and address any operational issues promptly
- Attend and respond to daily calls, emails, and internal communications
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
- Quick learner with a proactive and responsible attitude
- Ability to work in flexible shift schedules

- Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,500 (based on interview performance)
