Kitchen Operations Assistant

Ensure proper control of food quality, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness throughout all kitchen areas.

Prepare simple meals and assist the chef in preparing festive menus, gala dinners, and special event dishes.

Perform cleaning duties and maintain hygiene standards across all sections of the kitchen.

Monitor food safety practices and ensure proper handling and storage of food items at every stage.

Support food preparation activities, including processing ingredients and preparing board and customized meals.

Assist with basic decoration and presentation of dishes when required.

Prepare lunch boxes and takeaway meal packages according to daily requirements and schedules.

Keep the kitchen organized and ensure all work areas remain clean, safe, and ready for use.

Assist in stock handling and ensure ingredients are properly stored and available when needed.

Secondary vocational education in hospitality, preferably with specialization in culinary or chef training.

Responsible and reliable approach toward assigned duties.

High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and active work attitude.

Accuracy, cleanliness, and speed when performing kitchen tasks.

Good knowledge and practical understanding of professional kitchen standards and procedures.
