About This Role
Operations Assistant - SmartWills (Remote, Dubai timezone)
Join us in revolutionizing will registration for UAE expats. We're a legal-tech startup solving a massive problem: 90% of Dubai expats don't have registered wills, leaving families vulnerable to lengthy legal proceedings.
THE ROLE:
You'll manage client delivery end-to-end: onboarding, CRM management (Go High Level), automations (Zapier/Make), AI-powered workflows, and process documentation. This is a greenfield role where you'll build operational processes from the ground up.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 7500-10.500/Month AED base salary (collaboration contract) + quarterly performance bonus
- Remote position with Dubai timezone overlap (GMT+4)
- Career path: Assistant > Specialist > Senior > Operations Manager
- AI tools integrated into daily workflows (ChatGPT, Claude code)
- Direct collaboration with the CEO
- Possible Dubai relocation with visa sponsorship after initial period (to be discussed)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Fluent English required (daily working language)
- Hands-on experience with 2+ of: ClickUp, GHL, Zapier/Make, or similar tools
- Demonstrated remote work experience
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
NICE TO HAVE:
- CRM management background
- Legal background/experience
- Process documentation experience
- Additional language (Italian)
