Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and client documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Coordinate with service providers and staff to manage appointments and treatment schedules.
- Help manage stock levels of treatment supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree mandatory.
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in a wellness, medical, or beauty environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, google sheets, making reports and capable of learning new software quickly.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in english and hindi communication. Arabic is plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
