Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations and Follow-Up Supervisor for an auto service center. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising daily operations, following up with employees and customers, coordinating with companies and related parties, and overseeing everything related to the center’s operational and administrative activities. The role also includes contributing to business development, improving service quality, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the auto service center.

Monitor employees and ensure tasks are completed properly, on time, and according to quality standards.

Follow up with customers, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints and service-related issues professionally.

Follow up with companies and external parties dealing with the center and coordinate with them regularly.

Oversee all matters related to the center and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate work between reception, technicians, and management to maintain efficient operations.

Monitor vehicle intake, repair progress, and vehicle delivery.

Support the development of the center by improving workflow and service quality.

Contribute to increasing sales, attracting customers, and improving customer satisfaction.

Provide regular reports to management on operations, observations, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an auto service center, workshop operations, or a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Good communication skills with customers and companies.

Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.

Responsible, committed, and results-oriented.

Experience in sales, customer service, or company coordination is an advantage.

Arabic is required; good English is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

Fixed salary: AED 5,000

Commission based on performance and sales
