About This Role
Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator (Meal Plans) – Rawkure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming meal plan orders and translate them into clear kitchen production sheets
- Ensure all meals are correctly tagged (dietary, allergens, personalization tags)
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure accurate dispatch and labeling
- Oversee daily delivery sheets and order tracking
- Handle customer onboarding:
- Ensure clients select meals on time
- Follow up on delays or missing selections
- Guide them through the process when needed
- Cross-check all orders for allergens, exclusions, and protocol accuracy
- Maintain high-level communication between operations, kitchen, and clients
- Ensure zero-error execution mindset across all touchpoints
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in meal plan operations or similar field
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements, allergens, and food labeling
- Extremely detail-oriented — no room for operational errors
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and systems-driven mindset

Role Structure
- Full-time position (5-6 days per week)
- 1 day remote, 4-5 days in-office
- UAE-based
- Full visa sponsorship provided
