Responsibilities
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Gather and analyze process data, prepare reports, track metrics, and flag deviations for corrective action.
- Participate in Kaizen events and improvement projects; support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow operational standards, assist with audits, and maintain process-change documentation.
- Assist with training and work with teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Engineering Management.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma processes and process improvement tools, including Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills and experience
- Participation in Kaizen events or continuous improvement projects and hands-on experience with time studies, process audits, or workflow optimization are listed.
- Understanding of 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, waste reduction, and DMAIC is listed.
- Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills are listed.
