Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees
  • Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, visa, and compliance processes
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with company policies and timelines
  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, payroll, IT, admin, and business teams for seamless employee integration
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain onboarding dashboards/reports
  • Manage induction programs and employee orientation sessions
  • Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are completed accurately
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs, employee engagement, and process improvements
  • Resolve onboarding-related queries and escalations professionally
  • Lead and mentor onboarding coordinators/specialists

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of HR operations/onboarding experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, employee lifecycle, and UAE labor practices
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactor
