Overview

• 𝗢𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗔 𝗘𝗥𝗠- 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗢 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧(𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡)
• We are seeking a highly experienced 𝗢𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗔 𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁(more on technical side) to lead the 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗢𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗔) within the Enterprise Risk Management domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗟, 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗣, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗥𝗔, while driving optimization across reconciliation and risk management processes.

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Act as a subject matter expert for 𝗢𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗔 𝗘𝗥𝗠 modules, including 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗟, 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗣, 𝗖𝗥𝗔, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
• Review and enhance existing OFSAA implementations, configurations, and application rules.
• Manage and support data loading and integration activities using 𝗧𝟮𝗧, 𝗗𝗧, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗟𝗦𝗤𝗟.
• Collaborate with 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 to align technical solutions with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of 𝗢𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗔 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 applications.
• 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Minimum 𝟴+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗔 𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
• 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦
• Strong expertise in 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗟, 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗣, 𝗖𝗥𝗔, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀.
• Proven technical experience with T2T, Data Transformation (DT), and PLSQL.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management practices within the banking and financial services industry.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
