We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in lending and mortgage and credit cards products within the banking sector.

- š Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery for lending/mortgage solutions or credit cards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to define product requirements
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive digital transformation and system migration initiatives within lending platforms
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking domain
š ļø Required Skills & Experience
- 8ā10 years of experience in banking, with strong exposure to lending & mortgage products/ credit cards
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience in Agile implementation and transformation
- Experience in core system migration / modernization programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technology effectively
