Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in React Native mobile application development, from design and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in mobile application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and investigation.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong coding standards with experience in writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and following Git best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with production monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to take ownership and function in a technical leadership capacity, guiding the team and driving delivery rather than working solely as an individual contributor.
