Power BI Developer / BI Analyst

Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end BI solution delivery — from data modeling to dashboard deployment, ensuring high-quality, secure, and performance-optimized analytics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive
- Power BI dashboards and reports
- for decision-making
- Build and maintain
- efficient data models
- using Power Query and DAX
- Integrate multiple data sources and ensure
- data accuracy and consistency
- Implement
Row-Level Security (RLS)
- and enforce
- data governance standards
- Monitor and optimize
- report performance, dataset refresh, and load times
- Manage
Power BI Service
- (workspaces, gateways, deployments, datasets)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Continuously improve analytics systems by retiring outdated reports and enhancing existing ones
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in
Power BI / Business Intelligence
- Strong expertise in
DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
- Experience with
Power BI Service administration
- Strong understanding of
- data governance, RLS, and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- **Onsite role in Riyadh**
