Programme overview

The NCA is recruiting trainees for a two-year Officer Development Programme across investigator, intelligence officer and analyst pathways.

Successful trainees are developed and placed on an appropriate pathway and can pursue varied careers across the Agency.

The programme includes training and competency evidence; successful completion leads to pathway accreditation.

Role and agency work
