Overview

We are currently partnering with an established creative production, fit-out and project delivery business that works across a range of sectors including retail, commercial, hospitality, exhibitions and branded environments.

Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive new client acquisition, develop strategic relationships and support long-term commercial growth.

The Role

This is a true business development position focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships and generating revenue across a range of project-based solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders and managing opportunities from initial introduction through to project award.

This role would suit someone who enjoys opening doors, building networks and developing long-term client relationships within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, project managers and procurement teams.
  • Generate opportunities across retail fit-out, commercial interiors, visual merchandising, fabrication, exhibitions and related services.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions and client meetings to expand market presence.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial introduction through to project award.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
  • Work closely with design, estimating and project teams to develop client solutions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movements and emerging opportunities.

What We'Re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within fit-out, interiors, construction, exhibitions, visual merchandising, fabrication or related industries.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and secure commercial opportunities.
  • Experience engaging with architects, consultants, designers, contractors and end clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.
