Provide day-to-day office support and occasional driving for the team and management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients.
- Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport staff, clients, or documents.
- Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs.
- Restock office supplies and pantry items and report shortages.
- Support other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- At least one year of UAE experience as an office boy and/or driver.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and major areas.
- Basic English communication; native Tagalog is an advantage.
- Neat appearance, punctuality, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Currently in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 3,000–3,500.
- Visa and medical insurance are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
- Annual leave and end-of-service benefits are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
