Oaklyn Real Estate is hiring a telesales professional to support its expanding Dubai sales team.
The posting describes an immediate-joiner preference.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective buyers and investors from qualified leads.
- Pitch off-plan and secondary-market property opportunities.
- Qualify leads and book viewings or appointments for the sales team.
- Track calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build client rapport, understand investment needs, and meet calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Prior telesales or telemarketing experience is required; real estate experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, Malayalam, and/or Arabic.
- Confidence, resilience, comfort handling objections, familiarity with CRM and lead management, and a target-driven approach.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,500–4,000 per month plus commission.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
