Oaklyn Realty is expanding its sales team and seeks Arabic-speaking agents for its Dubai off-plan property business.
The role serves investors and end-users across the GCC and works with premium developers.
Responsibilities
- Advise Arabic-speaking investors and end-users on off-plan projects.
- Present payment plans, ROI, and market insights.
- Manage sales from first enquiry through handover.
- Host client meetings, site visits, and developer presentations.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and good spoken and written English.
- Sales, real estate, or client-facing experience; UAE market experience is ideal.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Currently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
