Oaklyn is expanding its sales team to serve clients in Dubai's off-plan property market, including investors and end-users across the GCC.
What you'll do
- Advise Arabic-speaking investors and end-users on off-plan projects.
- Present payment plans, ROI, and market insights.
- Manage sales from first inquiry through handover.
- Host client meetings, site visits, and developer presentations.
- Build long-term client relationships and referrals.
What the employer is looking for
- Fluent Arabic and good spoken and written English.
- At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
- Sales, real estate, or client-facing experience; UAE market experience is ideal.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
- Currently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Pay and incentives
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
- The posting also offers an advanced retainer allowance and uncapped commission potential.
