The employer is seeking an office support professional to handle general office duties, pantry management, and refreshments for staff, management, and visitors.
Candidates with previous barista experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office boy duties and support daily office tasks.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Maintain pantry cleanliness and pantry supplies.
- Keep pantry, kitchenette, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Arrange refreshments for meetings, client visits, and office events.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, document distribution, and courier or mail handling.
- Support office housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Monitor office equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Provide administrative and operational support to other departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an office boy, office assistant, barista, or similar role is preferred.
- Basic tea and coffee preparation knowledge and proper hygiene practices.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Well-groomed, presentable, punctual, and reliable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment.
