About This Role
We are a French company based in Dubai looking to URGENTLY hire Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions with clear, timely, and professional communication
- Develop and manage long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and updates
- Gather and interpret client requirements, ensuring accurate communication with internal teams
- Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and feedback between clients and internal departments
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the office and construction site
- Handle documentation for site permits, NOCs, and related approvals.
- Registration and renewals of DEWA, Etisalat, company trade license, Empower, Dubai Municipality etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT.)
- Ability to multitask / work under pressure
- Prior experience in dealing with clients is a plus but not manditory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
