Job description:

Admin Administrator

Location: UAE
Industry: Building Materials Transport Company

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support office activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning and provide administrative assistance to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Assist in HR-related documentation and employee records
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation and Petty cash -expense tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must have 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with office management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidates currently in UAE
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Female preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
