Develop, implement, and oversee nutrition programs and initiatives in a food manufacturing environment.
Assess dietary needs, create personalized nutrition plans, and provide guidance on food choices to promote health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluations for individuals and groups.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and policies aligned with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with food production teams on nutritional quality and compliance in product formulation.
- Provide nutrition education and training to staff and clients.
- Stay updated on nutrition and food science research and trends.
- Monitor program effectiveness, make adjustments, and prepare reports and documentation on programs and client progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
- Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment tools and software.
- Passion for promoting healthy eating and improving the nutritional quality of food products.
