We are seeking an experienced and highly competent

Night Manager

to oversee night operations within a prestigious

5-star luxury property in Dubai

.

This role is ideal for a results-driven hospitality professional with strong leadership capabilities, ensuring seamless operations, guest satisfaction, and operational control during overnight shifts.

The position will

directly report to the Director of Front Office

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all
  • night operations
  • across the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Act as the
  • senior representative on duty
  • during night shifts, handling all operational and guest-related matters
  • Ensure the highest levels of
  • guest satisfaction
  • , promptly resolving issues and complaints
  • Supervise front office functions, including
  • night audit, check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
  • Monitor daily reports and financial postings, ensuring accuracy of
  • night audit procedures
  • Ensure compliance with
  • hotel policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless hotel operations
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and operational departments
  • Support and guide the night team, ensuring
  • performance standards and team efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and provide comprehensive
  • handover reports

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 3–5 years of experience
  • in Front Office operations, including
  • night management exposure
  • Proven experience in handling
  • night operations within a luxury hotel environment
  • Prior experience in
  • high-volume properties (450+ keys)
  • is essential
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with

Opera Pms

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage operations independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong understanding of
  • night audit procedures and hotel financial controls
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a
  • fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
  • Flexibility to work
  • permanent night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
